To be the leading tour operator with regard to offering Mokoro Polers activities in Botswana and regionally in quality service provision.

To increase our local clientele base through partnerships with local, small and medium enterprises aimed at giving wilderness experiences to our clients

To position ourselves regionally by creating networks with regional booking and packaging agencies in neighbouring countries like Namibia, Zimbabwe, South Africa, and Zambia.

To continue to increase our international clientele base via international marketing agencies.

WHAT WE DO..

We offer Mokoro Excursions, Camping and Nature Walks. Our aim is to tap into the domestic market as much as we can to encourage travellers to undertake the aforementioned tourism activities by offering reasonable prices to the residents and exquisite service to our clients.

Mokoro excursion

The mokoro excursion is a very popular activity in the Okavango Delta among guests who travel to Botswana, giving the unforgettable opportunity to sit back and glide through a maze of clear channels and opaque lagoons on a Mokoro, sitting mere centimetres above the water as you silently pass by unsuspecting wildlife.

Camping

One of the amazing activities offered by Okavango Jakotsha Community Trust is being able to camp at one of the many campsites located in NG24. While camping at NG24 will definitely be a life-changing experience, you should be aware that the camping sites are in very close proximity to the animals that live within it as this activity involves camping in a tent in the middle of the wild.

Nature Walks

For those seeking an intensely personal experience in NG24, guided nature walks offer a unique way to explore the Okavango Delta, where you may encounter wildlife at ground level. We will take with us a packed lunch, bottled water and soft drinks. We will also set up a lunch picnic on an island and enjoy breath-taking views of the area. Walking in the wilderness is a highlight of a ‘true’ safari experience.
